“Having originally ordered a shower kit on 24/11/24, I am still yet to receive my order.... I've completely rennovated my house so the lack of delivery slipped through my tracker for a good while given the volume of goods and materials being procured. Despite some initial responses in which the courier was blamed I was never provided a proof of delivery despite requesting one several times. I then requested a refund, which I was told on 06.05.25 would within a couple of days be issued. 2 weeks later i'm yet to receieve my refund. I have requested proof of a credit note but have had no response to this. When I now try to call the number on the website it fails to connect. Whenever I review products or services I'll always try and be empathetic and provide a well balanced view, but it's got to the point where I don't know if this is just a terribly run business or a scam. Either way, I'm now £400 out of pocket with no product. Would appreciate them redeeming themselves by reaching out and resolving this- I'd welcome the opportunity to update/ add to this review in a more positive way. ****** I would like to add that shortly after writing this a sales representative reached out. After some back and forth, long story short: I have a shower. The original shower I ordered had been discontinued by the manufacturer, so I suspect this was part of the original problem, although it wasn't confirmed to me. I've upped my rating to 2/5 given I eventually ended up with a different shaped brushed nickel shower, but the journey from A -> B was ridiculous, and no reason given to me as to what had happened. The quality of the shower itself is good.”

“Ordered 2 rads, chased order as shown as shipped but not delivered and no tracking info, turns out they're out of stock, asked for refund which then took 12 days to arrive after chasing this also. All in 3 weeks from date of original order to receiving refund.”

“When I ordered a heated towel rail there was a problem in that the model I had ordered was no longer available. However, I was offered a choice of more expensive altarnatives at the same price. The only one that fitted the bill was getting on for £60 more. When it arrived there were a couple of minor issues with it but nothing of any real significance. It is now fitted and working well so many thanks Murray. Can definitely recommend.”

“Can't really review. The radiator was supposed to be delivered on 20/10/ 2023 but then informed by courier that it won't be here till 24/10/2023. Will have to wait till I review when item comes.”

“Purchased a stainless steel heated towel rail paying around 10% less for the item than other online suppliers. I received a helpful follow up email asking if I required some new valves with an offer to pick out some suitable options. When it came to (free) delivery, I was told which day this would be and given a delivery window. In summary, I was delighted with the price of the goods, the service received and the painless delivery. I would happily purchase from Designer Bathroom Store again.”
