Ordering was fine but no instructions on how to fit. We rang them twice for help & are still waiting for them to ring back. After sales service was rubbish!!!!!!!!!

The worst customer experience ever!! I’m trying to return unwanted towel ray one half month-no results! I usually never write bad reviews, but this is too much even for me. When it arrived the finish of paint was not as we expected from photo and we contacted them ,made a refund request and after this nothing!! One and half month and more then 20 calls and still no result , no one call as back no one collect this towel ray.... and don’t tell that it’s a COVID !! I’m working in customer service as well and delays everywhere max one week or even already none. Won’t recommend this company to any one

Sadly I can only report my very poor experience of buying a curved towel radiator having been asked by the company several times for a review. The product supplied was not as shown on the web site and I was not told this before delivery - beware as I don't know how the Trades Description Act applies. The product came quickly and was undamaged. I contacted the company by email and have not had a reply. I tried to telephone the company but there was no reply. I hope you have a better experience.

Tried to order a vanity unit and it said it would be delivered in 4 to 7 days. Got a email 2 days later saying they don't have stock and could I wait until the 10th of November (20 days after purchase) when they will receive more stock. I asked if they could please confirm this date as I am on a deadline and they did. now on the 12th , after chasing for 2 days they said they will only get stock in the new year... strange thing is I am still able to go to the website and buy it with delivery in 4 to 7 days now??? be careful as they don't have stock and give false information on when you will receive you purchased items. If you are happy to wait a couple of months then sure.

Absolutely shocking service ! have been mis-lead from the off !! have been given the run around from customer service really poor experience. Of note do not assume because your payment is taken you item is in stock ! Unfortunately will not be using this company again ! dire !!

No product has arrived. On the website said it would take 1-2 days. Now over a week and radiator still not here!!!

The description on the website contains the wrong pipe centres width. Disaster for the plumber as it impacts the floor he has laid.

You sent a sink to me in a bin liner and it consequently smashed on the delivery van. Not really a surprise, that one. I refused delivery and was given a full refund. I literally can't imagine a more inadequate level of service. Avoid!

Product OK, but APC the delivery company left the goods propped up against some ones front door half a mile from my house. Luckily that person new where I lived and completed the delivery for them. Unbelievable.

I am still waiting for delivery of the bath, which I paid over £1000.00 for! It was meant to be delivered last Friday and my husband booked a day's holiday to be here. It didn't arrive, despite emails to say it had been shipped. It was re-scheduled for delivery today and it is now 6.30 pm and no bath!! Needless to say, I am not impressed, in fact I expect I will be asking for a full refund as I am furious at the incompetence. We have also had to delay our fitter and had friends on "standby" as the drivers are not allowed to even move the bath onto our drive. Apparently the bath was only coming from Milton Keynes which is a 40 minute journey from me.

I ordered a radiator which was supposed to be instock on Friday 22nd September for delivery on Monday 25th. The bathroom refurb was already underway, so it was required on an urgent level. Monday came and went with no delivery, and try hard as I might on Tuesday no one would answer the phone. I left a message and emailed them to try to find out when the radiator was due for delivery, but as of this time I cannot contact anyone to get an answer. Appalling customer service, I'm now torn between ordering from elsewhere to ensure delivery, but I cannot cancel the order without speaking to someone. I will never use them again, and would advise others to be cautious.

My order took two weeks to arrive- over a week late. When I rang to chase it up, it was dealt with very sloppily. The lateness off the delivery held up my bathroom rebuild project. When the radiator did arrive, it did so without the valves or the pope covers that I had ordered. I was politely told I would receive a refund for these parts (as my plumber bought some for half the price)- yet I am still waiting on any sign of a refund or even a confirmation email. Overall, a terrible customer experience.

Ordered a towel rail from this company in good time for a forthcoming job. They waited a full week before emailing to say it was out of stock! Had to frantically find another supplier. Please beware.....

There is no mention of delivery date in the final order. Grtting through on telephone is impossible, no way to find when delivery will come. Not impressed and will not be using again.
