“It would have been very good if you use a delivery service that the customer can track progress. Rads have not been installed yet plumber delay.”

“There were some problems with the original order. The heater did not fully screw into the towel rail on one side, and it turned out that the heater wasn't the correct one. These problems were down to the manufacturer (Phoenix), but Designer Bathroom Store were able to resolve these issues fairly promptly.”

“Overall ordering and delivery excellent - however the outer packaging & fixings packaging had previously been opened and one of the fixing screws and covers was missing - we have managed to overcome this as husband is in the building trade otherwise this would have been a bigger issue.”

“Excellent store - from helpful initial discussions and advice to prompt delivery. The product (Phoenix Ava radiator), looks lovely, however the instructions omitted to state that the towel rails needed to be fitted in advance, this means another visit from my plumber to disconnect the radiator, drain the system, fit the rails and re-connect - adding an extra cost to the job.”
