Our treatments are prescription medications and strengths and treatment plans are evidence based and selected for each patient on an individual basis. Strengths of ingredients chosen also reflects the need to balance the benefit delivered by the medication versus any side effects and this can be titrated up or down accordingly according to your needs.
Please be advised that our dermatology team will always take your preferences into account with regards to your treatment, including strengths and ingredients, however safe and effective prescribing must remain our priority for our patients. Where we are not able to offer you a specific treatment we will reach out to you to advise you of this. We do try to offer a flexible, accommodating and accessible service and we would like to apologise that this has not been your experience this far.
There is a notes section on the consultation we advise patients to put in treatment preference to allow us to be aware of this when choosing the desired product.

“Oh dear, this sun screen missed the mark for me. It’s greasy on my skin and makes me look like a shine ball. Such a shame. The temptation is to then use powder to take the shine away, but you need to re-apply the sun screen every two hours so you’d then be smearing make up around. Such a shame. I’ve been really impressed with the prescription skin care but this isn’t good for me. It’s also causing the odd spot.”

I like that you can change the frequency of orders to suit your budget or use of the product as I only use on targeted areas so I don’t need a new tube every month. however I have been getting a little frustrated with my recent order as I keep being emailed with the same requests to upload current photos & confirm any new medications or allergies despite having responded already!”
