“Really appreciate the quality of this company's products. The tretinoin, niacinamide, and azelaic acid combo has been working wonders, and their Vitamin C is top-notch. However, not thrilled with their approach to reducing product sizes. They claim it's based on customer preference, but come on—just be transparent and admit it's due to rising costs. For that lack of candor, I'm deducting a point. Overall, great products, but room for improvement in communication. 4/5.”

“I started using Dermatica over a year ago for both ageing skin and acne. It has taken my skin a long time to tolerate tretinoin, and there have been times when I have had to stop using it as my skin became so sensitive. However, it has been a worthwhile journey. My skin is much clearer both from acne and discolouration. Any spots I do get clear up so much quicker. I wouldn’t say that it has dramatically improved my wrinkles, but my skin definitely looks fresher and smoother than before. I also use Dermatica’s azelaic acid (have I spelt that right?!), and their light weight gel moisturiser both of which I would highly recommend.
I will definitely be continuing my journey with Dermatica. One piece of advice I would give to anybody using tretinoin is when cleansing do not use a flannel. Use a very soft wash cloth. Flannels are way too harsh when you are using something as strong as tretinoin.”
