Service is great, lack of tracking number resulted in my package either getting stolen or was delivered to the wrong person.

The frist formula was fantastic and the second One 👎 wasn't effective the 3rd formula I just got on Thursday but I did not try bcz am using the 2nd one still. ... I tried Soothing Centella Gel Moisturiser 2 day so can't do any comment on it .

Please note that this is a long-term treatment, and although we should start to see more improvements at the 12-week mark, we do anticipate it taking longer than this to see significant results. To see significant visible changes in your skin, it will take some patience and persistence with your treatment plan. Our treatments can cause some mild irritation, such as redness, dryness and peeling. We understand this may be frustrating, but don’t worry — it’s completely normal, and settles down once your skin is used to your formula. Since your treatment is starting to increase your cell turnover and unclog pores, you may also experience some breakouts — this is called ‘purging’. Again, this is expected and shows your treatment is working. A member of our Clinical team has reached out to support you further with this. I have been using the prescription formula and I feel it has been working however my skin has been sensitive hence why I purchased the Centella Gel Moisturiser however after using it for 4/5 days I had to stop as my face felt like it was on fire. It made is very red and left a very sticky feeling on my face. I wouldn't recommend this to someone using the prescription with sensitive skin. I felt this product was a waste of money but it wouldn't stop me purchasing other items for eg for the cleanser.

Gi am writing not very happy to be honest I haven't even received the product nore has there been any information to me showing delivered.. I got an email saying would have in 3 days but last iv heard please can we sort this issue as I do not wish to leave negative feedback

This product didn’t suit me well as I have a sensitive skin .. the moment I applied this it gave me an itchy sensation which is not great to experience and hence required me to wash my face . I have tried this thrice hoping that this would diminish with time but unfortunately that didn’t happen.

If the dryness, peeling, and/or redness are still uncomfortable for you, try applying your moisturizer first, waiting 3-5 minutes for it to absorb, and then apply your topical treatment to your face. Alternatively, you can minimise any peeling by using the product every other night Please be advised that with your first treatment you will receive a treatment guide that will explain how to integrate your Dermatica treatment into your routine, this guide will also contain some handy tips to minimise any side effects that you may experience. I bought the product because it was described as suitable for rosacea. Sadly, my face became irritated and red after I applied it. Had to wash it off immediately.

They’ve changed the formula causing pustules that didn’t happen at first . Although the new formula is more moisturising it’s not as effective . Prefer the old formula .
