When ?same -was told Dr. still had to ‘assess’my condition ????…how can these be assessed when form completed and they say they sebt out meds without assessment.
Meds I did not receive.!
Advised no meds received yet billed -I am ignored -told to do another ‘consultation.
No assessment ,No meds received yet-£30+ poorer.

“Unfortunately the product didn't arrive. I received and email to review the product the day it was due to arrive. It didn't arrive and I checked the tracking which showed it being behind which is fine. Now tracking even says it was delivered but still no product. 1 star for now as I hope it shows up.”
“Both of these came totally separated with a very loose liquid on top. Spilled everywhere when I opened it. Wasn’t a balm texture at all. Also, shipped over a cool spring weekend and delivered on an overcast cool day. So, not sure if I just go two defective ones.”

“Didn’t deliver all of the order. I requested support send me the missing vitamin c serum and was told there was nothing they could do without a picture of the box, which I had recycled already. I don’t see how that could have proven they didn’t send it as I could have taken it out of the box first then took the picture”
