“The shipments are always quick with the correct orders, however, even after being a very loyal customer the discount of 10% for orders over 200 was discontinued. I do not think that it is very good marketing.”

Hi, Thank you for being a loyal customer as we do really appreciate it. I am afraid our prices have gone up with many of our brand distributors, so we no longer can offer additional discount codes. We have still kept free delivery in the UK and limited to raising prices on many of our brands the best we can. We do offer 10% off, which changes every month like for example we have 10% off all Exuviance products this month. You may like to write a product review next time as we do offer a 5% discount code for any product review you leave on our website. Thanks Andrea

“I am really satisfied with Dermacare Direct and their customer service, when ever I send a query they answer me back immediately which is really great. in my first order there was an error in my address which caused a delay in receiving my shipment but when I contacted the customer services; my second order received with no delay or issues at all. I loved how Dermacare cares about their customers. I will keep on ordering from your site, first because of the available products that I cannot find in another websites and second because I am pleased with the customer service. ohh and your shipping rate is cheap and your prices are reasonable. thank your & keep it up. your regular customer, Fatima Hameed”

“I have only been using this cream for a few days but already I can see a difference, especially around my eyes, my wrinkles don’t seem as deep, it is very expensive so I’m hoping to see more improvement as time goes on”
