“Hello, I am very happy with dermacare’s website and service . Ordering my frosted product was easy as ABC. I got the confirmation email immediately. As mentioned in this email, once the product left their warehouse, I did get another email and delivery is through Royal Mail. The only reason for the 4th star is that there was no option to cancel or amend the order once placed. Of course on this occasion I did not need to cancel or amend but would like to have that as an option in case we click too soon etc etc. if that option was there this would be full 5/5.”

“Product was received a couple of days after ordering. Great range of brands and products. Dermacare Direct are one of my ‘go to’ trusted websites for skincare. Would have been 5* but I did have a couple of setbacks with address recognition whilst on the website this time.”

“Really pleased with my Neostrata purchases. Received a Small discount and very happy with the free travel set as promised which will be very useful. Would have been nice to have a few free samples, particularly from the Neostrata skincare range, a brand that I'm new to.”

Hi Thank you for your review. This product in the Tan colour was significantly reduced due to the short expiry date. It was stated in the description details when ordering. https://www.dermacaredirect.co.uk/colorescience-total-eye-3-in-1-renewal-therapy.html *Please note- Shade Tan is reduced due to having a 31/3/2022 expiry date and is non-refundable. “Would give 5 stars but I haven’t had this long enough. I’ve suffered with ingrown’s for years & have tried about everything I’ve been looking at this product after seeing the review for a while decided to finally give it a go & been using for about a month & it does everything it says & everyone has been saying Haven’t had an ingrown since & you can literally see skin peeling & fading. Highly recommend”
