Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“We had a good service from Delcor overall starting with great advice from Colin in the Kings Road store. The sofas we ordered took quite a while to arrive but are gorgeous and well worth the wait.”

I'm sure Colin in Kings Road will be delighted to learn he has yet another personal mention from satisfied Customers sharing their appreciation for the level of service given by Colin in providing advice and sharing his expertise in fabric and product knowledge. With regards to the delivery lead time of 10 weeks, in an effort to improve on this I have employed additional experienced personnel to join my current skilled workforce. This will hopefully reduce the delivery times whilst retaining the high standards and quality of Delcor upholstered furniture. “Excellent service from start to finish.I had issues with restricted access to my living room and Delcor are experts on getting sofas into awkward spaces . I ordered my sofa in the Stamford showroom and was impressed with the level of customer service. The delivery crew were punctual and professional. The sofa is well made and a welcome addition to my living room.”

Dear Mr Livingstone Thank you for your complimentary and very informative review. The fact our beautiful bespoke furniture can be delivered un-assembled and be re-assembled in situ means we are able to 'access all areas' so even the narrowest doorway is not a problem. We could even deliver a sofa to the top floor of a lighthouse if required! I am sure Kathleen and Leanne in our Stamford showroom will be delighted to hear of your complimentary review and your satisfaction with the level of Customer Service you experienced in selecting your Delcor upholstered furniture as will Brian and Gavin the Delivery crew who took great care in ensuring the bespoke sofa was delivered and assembled safely in your home. “We had looked and looked for two suitable armchairs to replace a two seat settee and eventually discovered Declor in Stamford. A wonderful showroom of lovely stylish furniture which can be adapted to suit most needs. One of our chairs was adapted to meet my husbands requirements. Despite a long delivery time as each piece is made to order, it was well worth the wait. We are delighted with our chairs, the customer service and delivery arrangements for our order. Thank you”

“I bought 3 Delcor sofas from the Ideal Home Exhibition at Earls Court in 1978, sent them back to Northumberland in 1994 for recovering, and was overjoyed to find a Delcor advertisement in a borrowed magazine this year. The 3 sofas have made the journey again and I now have them rebuilt, with taller legs and firmer seats. They are modern,like new and have survived 37 years of use very much better than my back! Having the luxury of the Stamford showroom to visit for fabrics and communication was a treat too. Fantastic company! LMTO”

Dear Mrs Osborne Wow .. what more can I say .. except thank you to whoever lent you the magazine with our advert displayed! 3x sofas bought in 1978, refurbished in 1994 and again in 2015 along with slight modifications to the height of the legs, buttons in the back cushions and firmer seat interiors .. how's that for an advertisement for the quality, durability and adaptability of Delcor furniture ? We offer a bespoke service and your review certainly backs that up without a doubt. Both Leanne and Kathleen in the Stamford showroom will I am sure, be thrilled to learn of this absolutely glowing review and particularly so when their showroom has a personal mention. “Another great experience with Delcor furniture picked up when stated re upholstered and delivered when promised. Settee and sofa bed returned in excellent condition as good as when first purchased. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I had 2 x18year old sofas refurbished and purchased a new one to match. The quality of the workmanship is superb and the refurbished ones look brand new. I can not fault the Customer Service that was received from placing the order, communication of progress, through to delivery. Well Done Delcor, you have excelled ! From one very happy customer!”

“Our second Delcor sofa and absolutely delighted with it. Compared with John Lewis, Duresta, Multi York, Sofa Workshop and Delcor came out as best choice, value and options. We chose Chelsea, cushion back and had 2 inches height added. Service and delivery were excellent. The sofa is so comfortable, and would highly recommend Delcor.”

“Great service, very helpful - especially Colin in Kings Road who put up with my long list of questions! I had my Lofa Sofa - which is over 20 years old - "recovered" this actually means it was completely refurbished - its like new and so comfortable I have difficulty leaving it! My experience of Delcor has been very positive on both occasions - they even managed to find my original order - now that's impressive. Everyone I dealt with was helpful throughout the process and they kept me informed as promised.”

“What can I say - from the moment I went into the London store I was treated so well as a customer. My husband and I had spent 3 months going to all the normal stores around the local areas and were desperate to have a sofa with a firm back. I received lots of help and advice from Colin the Manager and then subsequently his boss who came down for the sales. We are both retired and they were so helpful in advising us what to purchase. For me choosing the colour was hard as our room is very dark and Colin was excellent at helping me. When my sofa arrived it was perfect and all my qualms disappeared. Thank you so much and I am recommending Delcor to all my friends.”

“We purchased a sofa from Delcor in 1987, have purchased from another manufacturer in the meantime but knew that we had to return to Delcor - you can tell the difference!
