Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“I had 2 x18year old sofas refurbished and purchased a new one to match. The quality of the workmanship is superb and the refurbished ones look brand new. I can not fault the Customer Service that was received from placing the order, communication of progress, through to delivery. Well Done Delcor, you have excelled ! From one very happy customer!”

“Our second Delcor sofa and absolutely delighted with it. Compared with John Lewis, Duresta, Multi York, Sofa Workshop and Delcor came out as best choice, value and options. We chose Chelsea, cushion back and had 2 inches height added. Service and delivery were excellent. The sofa is so comfortable, and would highly recommend Delcor.”

“Great service, very helpful - especially Colin in Kings Road who put up with my long list of questions! I had my Lofa Sofa - which is over 20 years old - "recovered" this actually means it was completely refurbished - its like new and so comfortable I have difficulty leaving it! My experience of Delcor has been very positive on both occasions - they even managed to find my original order - now that's impressive. Everyone I dealt with was helpful throughout the process and they kept me informed as promised.”

“What can I say - from the moment I went into the London store I was treated so well as a customer. My husband and I had spent 3 months going to all the normal stores around the local areas and were desperate to have a sofa with a firm back. I received lots of help and advice from Colin the Manager and then subsequently his boss who came down for the sales. We are both retired and they were so helpful in advising us what to purchase. For me choosing the colour was hard as our room is very dark and Colin was excellent at helping me. When my sofa arrived it was perfect and all my qualms disappeared. Thank you so much and I am recommending Delcor to all my friends.”

“We purchased a sofa from Delcor in 1987, have purchased from another manufacturer in the meantime but knew that we had to return to Delcor - you can tell the difference! “I must say that the customer service that I received from beginning to end has been excellent. All have been very accommodating, finding solutions to my problems and nothing was too much concerning this order. “Absolute wonderful piece of furniture. Slight hiccup with the supply of the leather at the beginning, but well pleased with the service recieved as we were informed all the way. Friendly and helpful showroom and delivery staff (11out of 10 for the delivery guys). Will seriously look in again when my suite needs changing. Many thanks to all at Delcor.”

“The original sofa, bought in 1991, had lasted well and the refurbished sofa looks and feels just like new. We hope to get another 25 years out of it. A quality product at a reasonable price.”

“We have recently purchased a sofa and 2 chairs from Delcor . Our first experience of excellent service was from Karen at your Altrincham shop. She was kind and helpful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we had total confidence in buying from Delcor with her advice and experience. It feels an expectation these days for something to go wrong and with an expensive purchase like this we were prepared for some anxiety along the way!! Not so!!! ...... everything went SO smoothly from the beginning!! Our delivery guys Brian and Gavin worked tremendously hard! After a long drive they were pleasant and courteous and treated our furniture with the utmost respect!.......so a big thank you to them for doing what is really the icing on the cake! “I have to return. There is nothing I can find of similar quality in my price range. Mine is 20 years old, had 2 most used cushions re -feathered last year. Perfect condition, despite being jumped on slept on and generally abused, but upholstery colour not right for new house. You are no longer in Tunbridge Wells where I purchased my suite, which makes it difficult to discover refurbishment costs V new purchase. Please come back to Kent!”

Good morning Kate Morris It is reassuring to hear your Delcor furniture has withstood the test of time and young children (I assume it is the children doing the jumping!) and you plan on returning to us. Good news. Although no longer in Tunbridge Wells, we do have showrooms on Kings Road, Chelsea in London, Stamford, Altrincham, Harrogate and here at the Head Office in Northumberland. “From initial discussions in local Delcor shop to delivery, everyone was very helpful and courteous. The corner sofa is exactly as described and fits perfectly. The trouble taken over material samples - loan of sample books, etc. - was greatly appreciated. Thank you!”

Being able to see what a fabric will look like in situ is a great advantage, sometimes fabrics look completely different in situ during the morning and evening to how you imagined them, so the fabric samples can be a godsend.
