Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“I would like to thank Janet and her staff for being so helpful when choosing our sofas they spent lots of time discussing different options and getting it put into place. We now have received our sofas and are so happy with them could not fault the quality even down to the guys who delivered them, we have since been in to pick the material as we are placing another order for the footstool and arm chair . “A great buying experience, from our first website visit, followed by two visits to the Stamford showroom (excellent service there) through to delivery by two very capable, friendly and helpful Delcor employees. Oh yes, almost forgot the most important thing. The two sofas we purchased are superb. Don't hesitate to place your business with this British company. “I found the customer service and experience when choosing furniture was 10 out of 10. The quality of the furniture is really, really good. Delivery was delightful. Would very definitely order from Decor again. I would just say that when choosing fabric that you need to have a clear idea of what you want. There is a lot of choice and it can be quite confusing.”

“I have just taken delivery of my recovered sofas and I am absolutely delighted. They are like new. The service I received from the staff at Delcor was excellent. They ordered me fabric samples, and patiently repeated the process several times until I made my final decision. “Delcor have just refurbished my old, but much loved sofa bought from them 18 years ago. Initially I was looking for a new sofa, but after much searching could find nothing either as comfortable or as well made as my Magnum sofa. I'm thrilled with the result - the grey fabric has completely updated my interior, and the new filling I was recommended for the seat cushions much easier to manage (no pumping up required!). The staff in the store were extremely knowledgable and patient, and the delivery men were both charming and very helpful. All in all - 10/10. Thanks!”

“We only visited the showroom as part of our research, but fell in love with a sofa that was half price in the sales and we were the proud owners three days later as it coincided with the London delivery dates. The team turned up on time to assemble it, which all went smoothly. If only the council had been so efficient to arrange collection of the old sofa! We're delighted with the new one - and very pleased with the service thus far.”

“I absolutely love my sofa. I changed my mind three times over which shade of velvet to get. Everyone I spoke to at Delcor was incredibly patient, understanding and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. When the sofa arrived - it did not disappoint and I was delighted with the quality, which is outstanding. This is real craftsmanship but really didn't cost much more than many high street sofas. Oh....and the design is beautiful!”

“Purchased a number of items over 8,000 GBP. Within 1 week from delivery noticed a small area of the leather that had poor stitching and the under leather surface at that stitching area was exposed. Delcor said we must have rubbed the surface off even though we had just taken off the plastic covers and had not used the items. Refused to do anything about it. Shame as the products are good just the aftercare is non existent.”

I am so very sorry to learn you feel so aggrieved that you describe the aftercare service you received from my Customer Service department as 'non existent'. Looking into the history of your order I see the furniture was delivered to you on 29 October 2015 and you contacted us to report this issue some 7weeks later on 17 December 2015. Subsequent detailed photographs you kindly sent to us of the leather to this one isolated area causing you concern were examined by our leather supplier's Sales Manager who then forwarded them to the tannery for their comments. Their findings were that the surface of the leather had, in their expert opinion been subjected to some form of abrasion resulting in the surface of the leather being removed. The pictures also identified no stitching issues at all, in fact they confirmed the stitching was of good quality and this was all reported in subsequent telephone conversations and in writing to you. My Customer Service department in conversations followed by a letter to you, referred you to the Leather Protection Policy purchased when you ordered with us and as we heard nothing further from you we assumed the matter had been dealt with accordingly and resolved to your satisfaction.
