“Ordered a laptop that was supposedly an A+ condition customer return. Turns out the customer had returned it due to a fault, which they hadn't bothered to fix.. I received a faulty laptop with the previous customers login details still present. A week after ordering I got a notification of a refund - no offers made to replace the faulty laptop with free next day delivery etc. due to the inconvenience. Future buyers beware.. a complete hassle and waste of my time, a very disappointing experience!”

Hi Jennifer, We are sorry that you feel this way, our returns team received your laptop back and were unable to find a fault. The fault reported stated that the laptop was unable to connect to the internet. The laptop has connected to the internet fine and is streaming videos without any issues. Due to this we issued a full refund via paypal which would reach your account within 2 hours for you to make a decision whilst the money is in your own account for peace at mind. We currently offer free shipping on most purchases. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however we feel our team have resolved the problem sufficiently and as swiftly as possible whilst receiving unpleasant calls and messages.
