“Happy with the fast shipment, although parcelforce let me down, and you. Didn't bother delivering it although they had the correct address and postcode. Initially the tv was turning off as soon as it turned on...strange...but whateverthat was seems to had rectified "hopefully".”

“Got the watch the other day and seems nice in pristine condition, packed securely and delivered safely. Happy for that at the same got a little disappointed because there was no box included as this is a birthday gift for my son. Anyways still Thank you.”

“Was sceptical as had never heard of them before but they are genuine and do deliver the goods. Unfortunately there was a slight price decrease just after I bought my item and though I emailed them to request a price adjustment, they took a while in responding meaning the price went up again. This is despite me sharing a screenshot of the price at the time I emailed.”

“Really pleased with delivery time, the quality of the watch and ‘newness’ of it. There are no marks, scratches etc to be seen. A little disappointed it turned up in a Jiffy bag with no box at all.”

“Not a huge amount of choice but they stock something you want, the price is unbeatable. I bought a HomePod Mini at a great price.......and it was the genuine Apple product, unlike most of the too good to be true offers found on that E*** site!! Delivery was swift. Will keep checking their site to keep track of changing stock.”

“I bought airpod pros 2 - refurbishment and quality wise very good. One thing that was peculiar to me however was that the left airpod has a different model number than the right one.”

“Do read the small print, I was under the impression it was next day delivery as I paid an extra 4.99 but it’s only if you order before a set time but then again it still charges you even if it’s ordered after that set time, cos realistically delivery should have been free. Haven’t used the laptop yet so can’t say if it’s worth the hype.”

“Ireceived my TV last Wednesday, but the remote did not work I reported this and and a replacement was receive the following day. I then started the 1st time set up, the chane search went through the process, but at the end I got the message there was no signal as I had no previous problem with my aerial I borrowd a smal TV from my neighbour to test the aerial an all was well. I contacted you again to report this, and explained I used to earn my living working for a TV Rental company installing TV's in customers homes and erecting aerials. when you agreed to have DPD pick the TV up for return. I was offered a refund but I said I wanted the TV You agreed and said a replacement would be sent. Throughout this I cannot fault your service. The TV is to be picked up tommorow, Monday, please let me know when the replacement will be sent. Your faithfully Colin Boardman”
