“I was a little suspicious as the HomePod mini was much cheaper than elsewhere. Cheaper even than refurbished. But it arrived next day as promised all sealed and clearly new. Happy with Dealbuyer and a very good product.”

“Was very impressed when I spoke to one or their representatives. The item I wanted to purchase was much cheaper on their site, so I wanted to call to make sure it was not a scam. I had a few problems ordering through their online system, it was a problem their end, so the company called me back when it was fixed, no longer than 10 minutes. I then proceeded to order my item and it was delivered by Royal Mail, within the said time. I will use their company to compare prices in the future.”

“item was described as ex display/return item and has quite heavy scratches on the unit. was also described as having a box ( or one supplied ) and didn’t. when i complained i was told with what looked like a standard response style letter we can refund if you are not happy. just poor really, really poor customer service because your description of the item is not what i received.”

“I was a bit unsure about making this purchase as I had not heard of Dealbuyer before but I checked the same item for sale at B&Q and that came through Dealbuyer as well (but they put a £15 markup on!) The price was so good and the item came brand new, in its original cellophane wrapper. It’s a Christmas gift so I obviously haven’t tested it yet, but all looks positive so far!”

“First time buyer. Outstanding experience. I had some questions before buying two Apple HomePod minis. I spoke to a very helpful person in customer service ( no useless bot chat ) who was knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. Order placed and one hour later I had confirmation that goods had been dispatched Royal Mail 24 hour. They arrived well packed in original, sealed boxes. This level of service, combined with a competitive price - what's not to like ?”
