“I ordered a TV - but the next day I realised it wasn`t a "SMART TV " so phoned and explained, cancelled the order - REFUNDED MADE IMMEDIATELY I then ordered the correct model which was delivered next day, Brilliant service and the product appears to be very good and relatively inexpensive”

“Delivery was next day, macbook looked in perfect condition but unfortunately the touchbar did not work. I contacted Dealbuyer and they arranged to have it collected. The website shows 2 macbook pro's in stock and I am hopeful that they can replace the unit. The customer service team were very helpful throughout.”

“Ordered high spec HP i7 Envy 17" laptop on Tuesday. Delivered Thursday by DPD. Packed in standard courier type plastic bag which I thought was totally inadequate for a £650 laptop until I opened the bag to discover the laptop was inside a special AirSac brand bubble pouch inside a large cardboard box. Absolutely perfect packaging! Laptop was graded A1 and there was not a mark on the lid, the base, the screen, the touchpad or the keyboard. Faultless condition. Only marks against the sale are that the original HP power adapter had been replaced by a universal type and there was no HP or Microsoft documentation enclosed. When I eventually discovered where the power-on button was hidden (topline of the keyboard!) the laptop fired up ok and I was able to follow the on-screen prompts to customise the installation. This is a big tough heavyish metal case laptop which is just what I was seeking. My HP i3 Pavilion is now over 10 years old and still going strong however I managed to damage the case by standing on the power cable not once but twice recently which caused one of the hinges to pop out of its seating! If my new HP i7 Envy serves me as long I'll be a happy camper. If I had to grade Dealbuyer with marks out of 100 I'd award them 95 just because there was no welcoming documentation. Not a problem to me but some customers could be inexperienced users who might struggle to set things up without some guiding notes. Keep up those good deals!”

“For my caravan I risked buying a Grade A 24” smart tv. So not new but it was brilliant.. and still in packaging. All for £30 less than the new price. I was so impressed. Condition, notifications and delivery via DPD could not be faulted. Definitely recommended”

“Never dealt with the company before but checked reviews first and decided to order a laptop. When speaking to customer services they were polite and helpful. I ordered the laptop at about 2.30PM and it arrived at 9.30AM the next day. So definitely no complaints there. Can't comment on the laptop yet as it's still in the process of setting it up!”

“Item arrived next day just after 10am. It was ordered the day before at 5 pm so great service I installed the tv the next day in my motorhome and it was better than I anticipated. All cables, adaptors and transformers were supplied with the tv making installation easy”
