I choose the my address from the list that your website presented me with yet you had my partial address (no first line) This meant my post was returned to you by royal mail Tried calling but ofcourse you have premium number so can't call you either. Someone then quickly pointed it was my fault and they will save this for evidence. Don't know if I meant to be scared but please do save it. Clearly the person doesn't understand the basic architecture of a consumer facing Sales website. You have also ignored my point of why there is a premium number to contact customer service?

Hi Jay, We are sorry to hear this however you are responsible for entering your address completely and ensuring it is correct before proceeding, we have no influence over this. Its probably best we keep communication written as evidence as this appears to be a very aggressive stance by yourself. We understand errors are made but to blame us so critically and threaten us with trading standard and bad reviews, is very inappropriate behaviour. As we are confident that we have not done anything wrong, we will await confirmation of the return of this item and a full refund will be issued upon return.

I ordered a Samsung galaxy smart watch 5 and was told 3 day delivery this was on Monday 8th January still haven't received my watch and it's now Saturday 13th January I had to contact customer service to chase it only to be told it might have gone missing The communication was poor and the offer of a refund was only suggested after I asked I want the watch not a refund as it was for a present for my son

Hi Stephen, You placed the order Monday 8th at 9pm so your order was promptly dispatched Tuesday 9th on the 2 - 5 day service you selected. You emailed requesting an update 11th stating it should have been delivered Wednesday which is incorrect. We have responded to inform you that we have contacted royal mail as it appears to have been in their depot for longer than normal. We highlighted that if they are unable to locate then we will issue a full refund in line with the terms of sale. It is unfortunate that this has not arrived yet however we do ask that customers give us time to resolve an issue and feel this statement is untrue, our communication has been prompt and clear, with resolution. Your parcel is also still within the 2-5 day delivery window. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Ordered a laptop that was supposedly an A+ condition customer return. Turns out the customer had returned it due to a fault, which they hadn't bothered to fix.. I received a faulty laptop with the previous customers login details still present. A week after ordering I got a notification of a refund - no offers made to replace the faulty laptop with free next day delivery etc. due to the inconvenience. Future buyers beware.. a complete hassle and waste of my time, a very disappointing experience!

Hi Jennifer, We are sorry that you feel this way, our returns team received your laptop back and were unable to find a fault. The fault reported stated that the laptop was unable to connect to the internet. The laptop has connected to the internet fine and is streaming videos without any issues. Due to this we issued a full refund via paypal which would reach your account within 2 hours for you to make a decision whilst the money is in your own account for peace at mind. We currently offer free shipping on most purchases. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however we feel our team have resolved the problem sufficiently and as swiftly as possible whilst receiving unpleasant calls and messages.

Dealbuyer.com are a dodgy company that should be avoided. I purchased a TV before Christmas and when it never arrived I requested a replacement or a refund. They insisted I had received it and accused me of defrauding them. The courier DPD confirmed that the TV had indeed been delivered to the wrong address and they were able to locate it two weeks later. Not even an apology from dealbuyer.com despite them being wrong for falsely accusing me.

Hi Peter, We are sorry that you feel this way, there was no intention to accuse you of anything and cannot see in any messages where you have been accused. During this time we have allowed DPD to conduct their investigations as they must. The information that we passed from the courier was correct, the picture had been taken near your property and as suggested at their first response that it had been accepted by a neighbour which you checked. The neighbouring pharmacy that backs onto your home, accepted your parcel. We expect they had best intentions to help you not miss your parcel and would come for it later. We have repeatedly and do apologise for any inconvenience, we have done our best to resolve this with the courier over a busy Christmas period and appreciate their extra time.

Received the TV, it did not work, contacted dealbuyer and they sent a return slip for my to have printed out, no mention of a replacement, when I emailed asking about this I was told that usually they would issue a refund so that I can reorder as it would restart the 30days warranty but that the TV was now no longer in stock and that they expect more in about 2 weeks, this TV was for a gift so I cannot wait 2 weeks, I'm still waiting to hear when I will receive my refund, I tried the phone number but it cut me off without even ringing.

Mixed review- please note we did not experience any issue with purchase, delivery or service. Product we bought is completely incompatible wit Motorhome satellite system. This is not noted in any of review I’ve read/ these tv are marketed for motor homes and nothing said by manufacturers. Not just on this site. Expensive mistake, we’ve spent last few months getting our system looked at thinking something was wrong. Only now we’ve finally got the answer. You need to stick with Avtex model, wish we had upgraded our existing one 😔

The TV works great,but it arrived in a damaged boxed even the delivery man didnt want to leave it, and when opened bits of the TV had already been opened so iv got the impression it's a second TV. Tried to email but my email bounced. It's for my disabled mum so she wanted it anyway. If it was for me I wouldn't of taken it. I wouldn't buy from this website.

Photo on web shows the TV has grey frame so I ordered it but when I received it the TV was black frame with a grey legs I did not see where it said the TV was black I email dealbuy I told this but they said it says the tv was black I said I’m sorry but I don’t understand why it has grey legs the stand now they are saying Iv to pay £20 to send it back I’m a pensioner that’s a lot of money for me to lose also £5 I paid for delivery that’s £25 not very helpful

Do not buy a laptop or any goods from this site they do not uphold their warranty and do not send contracts at point of purchase which is illegal and they have been reported to trading standards stay away unless you want to end up stuck with a faulty product that they will not replace.

Hi, We are sorry that you feel this way, this item was supplied with a 12-month warranty which has long expired. Full terms and conditions can be seen on our website which exceeds the requirements set out by law. A multiple-page contract is not delivered with every online purchase nor would it be from anywhere else. We are always happy to help and advise but even within the warranty period, we will not replace physically damaged items that cannot be broken without force or misuse.

I bought a Samsung monitor, as refurbished Grade B, supposedly having only cosmetic marks. The Monitor arrived and its back part is open. Most importantlly there is a 2.5cm long deep scratch on the actual screen. Surely this is not a 'cosmetic' mark! They should have stated this clearly, that the monitor has this major damage. Waste of time.

The laptop I brought off deal buyer has continuous problem since I brought it. Random black screens, constantly shuts down and has to restart and freezes all the time. Very disappointed.

The item supplied was not as advertised. I had expected a 1080p television (as per the website and receipt information) but received a 720p television. As this was a Santa gift, we had a very disappointed son today. I will be expecting a full refund.
