The set up guide bears little resemblance to the TV delivered, I've now downloaded the manual and that's not much help either. I wish I'd bought it from a retailer who would have been much more helpful in order to protect their reputation.

Not great as I still have not received my item. I paid for next day delivery and it has now been 6 days and all I have received is apologies for there being something wrong with the delivery.

Hi, we think you may have the wrong company. You have not contacted us about your parcel and looking at your tracking on DPD there is an image of your parcel being handed to a resident.

Came without a box!! I brought it as a gift for someone. Can you imagine gifting it in bits to someone!? I had to try an sort a box out on my own which was very difficult! You pay hundreds and then a random box to spoil it! Had i known it comes without a box, I would've ordered it from somewhere else! The person i gifted it to was questioning the authenticity of this item. How embarrassing for me! Though I can't blame someone for questioning the authenticity, since it came without the original packaging. 3 straps, one clock face and charger just wrapped in bubble wrap and posted in an envelope, how presentable! 2* for the fast delivery otherwise the way the item was sent was really poor! appalling!! Won't be ordering again from this site!

As you selected to purchase a Grade A item then this may come in a plain box. This can be found on the gradings details page. The Chromebook arrived on time but was faulty, the company was helpful and I returned it. They then refunded my money without telling me, I didn't get the offer of a replacement or repair, if PayPal hadn't advised me of the refund I wouldn't have known. Very poor costumer service

Hi, we are sorry to hear this. An email indicating that a return has been completed and/or when a refund is issued is sent for each of our returns. We can see that this was sent and apologise if this has not been received. You may find that this may have ended up in a junk folder.

I ordered a Apple Watch it come on time when I tried to switch it on it did not work I charged it aswell still did not work i was very disappointed I would have thought it would be tested before it was sent out to see if it was working i have sent it out back to them just waiting to see what out come is.

Hi I bought an iPhone watch series 3 There seems to be a problem with Bluetooth wireless connection. I’ve emailed about this and nobody has responded. Service is worrying considering I’ve only just bought the product.

I purchased a television that was listed on as a return with no signs of use. When it arrived I immediately saw that the logo was slightly out on the front of it. Turning it over to put the legs on, I saw that the bezel had been removed and put back on, causing significant damage to the underside of the bezel. I called the helpline straight away (which is not a free number so I had to pay to inform them of the problem) and got through to a very helpful advisor. However, when I reported the issue, he looked on their system and said that the television was listed as an ex-display. This directly contradicted the website listing. Even so, this was a repaired unit, not an ex-display. The advisor (Tom) was polite and apologetic, stating that they get the description from the supplier. Fair enough, these things can happen. He arranged a courier to pick it up the next day. I was refunded without any further issue. I think they should check the units fit the supplier description before selling them. Also, they need to make sure that the web listing matches the system description. Poor experience with the item but great customer service (except for a charged phone number) so I have added a star for that.

Item was not brand new. It looked like a purchase return from another buyer. As I needed the item asap and it was actually working and in good shape, I decided to keep it. Not recommended.

Purchased a sound bar, turned up without instructions, was also informed by Deal Buyer that the sound bar required a cable and that this could be purchased separately from them, disappointed to find out, that the cable doesn't fit the sound bar!!

Very fast and informative shipping. Keen pricing. HOWEVER..the TV i received was not new. It was in excellent condition and works perfectly...but not new as described. And on that point, given the misrepresentation I feel disappointed. I could have bought the same TV cheaper from E-bay clearly advertised as ex display/refurbished.

We bought a reconditioned iPad 2 with promises that it has been thoroughly checked before dispatch - and the sound doesn't work! They have offered to take it back and replace it - but what a lot of hassle and waste of our time.
