“Bought an Apple watch for my daughter, it arrived promptly. My daughter had already purchased elsewhere so I emailed dealbuyer for a details on how to return my unopened package. This was dealt with very quickly and once they received my package, immediately gave me a refund. Brilliant service, would definitely recommend and use again 😊”

“I am a new customer to DealBuyer so I was aprehensive going to a non mainstream manufacturuer or sales outlet for my replacement HP Envy laptop. Those worries were quickly alleviated. “Received the TV, it did not work, contacted dealbuyer and they sent a return slip for my to have printed out, no mention of a replacement, when I emailed asking about this I was told that usually they would issue a refund so that I can reorder as it would restart the 30days warranty but that the TV was now no longer in stock and that they expect more in about 2 weeks, this TV was for a gift so I cannot wait 2 weeks, I'm still waiting to hear when I will receive my refund, I tried the phone number but it cut me off without even ringing.”
