“Easy site to use and kept up to date on delivery brilliantly. In fact the courier delivered a couple of days earlier. Very good price! Good user guide and easy to set up. My wife ( not tek savvy) is happy with it at this early stage though not yet tried the full recording facilities. Fingers crossed it lasts a good time.”

“The laptop was described as open box new. I had a struggle when I received it. The Touchpad and fingerprint reader did not work. No right or left click. I spent MANY HOURS in the first few days trying to fix this. In the end after MUCH GOOGLING I did. I had to find the correct versions of the I/O, Touchpad and fingerprint drivers. Then manually download and install them. There was also a startup error in the pre-installed Teams software that caused a persistent blocking error pop-up message on boot up. This machine had obviously been altered from its factory condition by someone and could not have had even a cursory startup before shipping to me. It is now working ok but caused a lot of work and frustration. Yes, it was discounted, but wow, i EARNED that discount!”

“very easy onsite service to navigate and use lots of information so you are sure you are ordering the right product for yourself great delivery service very fast we ordered the Humax fvp5000 freeview player and you just plugged it in followed the onscreen instructions and the machine set itself up only took a couple of mins this is a great machine and we are very pleases with it”
