“I bought a refurbished iPad from dealBuyer.com because I had lost my old iPad. The dealBuyer.com website said the iPads were in 'A' grade condition which I took to mean near new condition. The ordering and delivery processes were very good and speedy. Unfortunately, the item had some malfunction when it arrived. I made a report to the dealBuyer team and was extremely impressed by the promptness and courteousness of their response. I spoke with a gentleman named Tom and he requested that I return the defective product for a replacement. The whole process was so quick and stress-free that I sure will recommend their company to other buyers and will be doing business with them again. Thank you Tom!!”

“First item which was sent was scratched But after emailing Tom at customer services he sorted everything out . Replacement was sent the next day and the other picked up Great item and would shop again at deal buyer”

“The only problem I had was to come home and find the package had been thrown over a 6 foot fence and landed on a concrete path. Fortunately due to the way it was packaged no harm was done. Couriers should not do this as they don't know what is in the package and it could have meant that the item was badly damaged or broken.”

“Deal Buyers provided a very efficient delivery service and helpful telephone service. However the product we purchased this being a 40 inch LED TV, was not as advertised. When it arrived it was an LED/LCD TV ! A company representative has however taken the time and trouble to contact me regarding this matter to address my concerns, which was very helpful and much appreciated.”
