“From my first phone call to delivery I was very impressed with dealbuyer. The advisor was obviously, and very refreshingly, more interested in finding the right product for me, rather than the most expensive. He found answers to questions asked, unlike the major store who appeared not to know what ppi was, and found the right product for me. Interestingly the product I was recommended was £50 cheaper than the top end of the range, but had everything I wanted. Congratulations to Dealbuyer. They also delivered extremely promptly and instead of their courier dumping it in the dustbin I got a call asking me if there was a safe place or neighbour they could leave it with. Again 10/10 Keep up the goodwork Dealbuyer!”

“Item exactly as described, same day dispatch. At 09.06 the following working day it was awaiting my collection at a local shop. (Rather than wait around at home, I opted for the Courier to deliver to one of their drop off locations).”

“Cooker was as expected and pleased with. Delivery was excellent. Only issue was the toasting pan was missing ! No problem if you do not want toast. I use the grille as a means of keeping food hot so that was ok..”

“I swiched the TV on & noticed the screen was cracked all over. I reported to Dealbuyer within 10 minutes of receiving the package. I was told someone wil ..lcome and collect the package , I have to wait whole day for someone to collect the parcel. I don't know when will I get my new tv. No fixed date has been given. Not good experience for first time customer.”

“Like any normal internet shopper I went through the process of finding a good price for the item that I wanted - the new kindle Fire HD OS 7" Wi-fi 8GB. DealBuyer was best price. I ordered it and received the item very quickly and on time, as was promised. But the item was the old version. On checking with customer service I eventually, after a few emails and calls, was told that DealBuyer did not have the item in stock and would not be having it in stock. I must say that my contact at DealBuyer was most courteous and helpful and I cannot fault his enthusiasm to help. However I am left disappointed that I will not have delivery of my ordered item from DealBuyer and now I must go elsewhere to shop.”

“Excellent service from DealBuyer, best price I could find on the Internet, much better than Amazon - I chose the UK premium delivery for £1.99 and order was received less than 24 hours after purchase via Interlink. Customer service was also outstanding, emails were replied within less than an hour. Can highly recommend!!”
