“I had paid extra for a Saturday delivery. Unfortunately my delivery came 2 days early, which I found out via email on the day. Luckily I was able to rearrange things so that I could be around for delivery.”

“Fast service. Disappointed that when goods arrived a part was missing. Immediately telephoned and was told that replacement could be ordered but could not get to us for at least 3 days. Later that day received an email to say missing part had been posted and would arrive next day which it duly did. So although initially unimpressed, aftersales service was excellent.”

“I bought 2 Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Android 7 tablets, for me and my wife, which were advertised at a price much lower than any other that I could find. Delivery was quick - but it was not 'next day' as advertised - maybe the intervening weekend had a part to play. When I first powered up my tablet, the welcome screen unequivocally stated that the tablet was Android 6; is this why it was so cheap? I phoned Barry at deal buyer. He assured me that a free upgrade was available by going through the 'settings' menu and he sent me an email explaining how to get it (I am not very IT savvy). I duly downloaded the galaxy upgrade - although Samsung merely state that 'updates were available', without an explanation of what the update was. When I rebooted the tablet, the welcome screen still stated that it was Android 6, which was a disappointment, so I am not sure whether in fact I have updated to Android 7. That said, the tablet is such an improvement upon the previous 7" android tablet which I bought a couple of years ago (not Galaxy), that I am delighted.”

“I am very happy with the service at DealBuyer. Very easy to order and delivery was prompt. However, I am not sure the product I received, a laptop, is brand new or refurbished. It came in a plain box and with no manual. From the description on the site, i would assume it is new. But now I’m not too sure. Please make the descriptions more accurate. Thanks. Still a good deal:)”

“I would give you a five however the TV is a present for my son so will not know until Monday if the TV is ok .The TV is damaged .There is a black speck a third of the way down the screen and there is also a yellow glow at the top middle of the screen.Very disappointing as a present for my son”

“I was very pleased with the service from Dealbuyer and very pleased with the product (Samsung Galaxy Tab A) which I bought. The only complaint I have, and nothing to do with Dealbuyer, was the fact that the package was left outside in the pouring rain all day when I had asked for it to be left inside my garage which I had left open all day for the delivery. I believe that this had been flagged up with DPD.”
