“Was in very good condition well packed,however no instructions what so ever and I still can't check if freeview works as yet. Main gripe was no paperwork or instructions the rest was as described..I would recommend them.”

“Delivery was quick but when we switched tv in it was damaged.contacted dealbuyer.com and was offered full refund or replacement.Unfortunately no more in stock so just awaiting for stock to come in so we can get replacement delivered”

“The item was delivered as described, however the initial delivery was supposed to be am then it changed to a pm which messed things up, however the parcel was ready for collection as stated the next day.”

“I was a bit sceptical of Dealbuyer because the price was way cheaper than anything else on-line, but I have been very pleasantly surprised as product arrived on time and in good order. The only glitch was DPD who thought the the bin on collection day " a safe place " to leave my parcel !”

“I paid extra for delivery on a specific day and was informed by the courier, APC, that delivery would take place between 14h15 and 16h15. However, by 17h00 I was still waiting and then phoned the courier's local depot. The person on duty contacted the delivery driver and the item was finally delivered by 17h30. I therefore award 4 stars out of 5.”
