“Product was delivered quickly and was a great price for the item i got. only point i would say is that having bought re-furbished items before it usually says if there is some damage. the item i received the box was so dirty (like years worth of dust) and had a small dent in the top (i'm not fussy, so it's ok) but otherwise great.”

“The free sat box although reconditioned looks new. Unfortunately it came with the wrong remote control so I had to contact deal buyer. Their customer service come across as willing to help although there were delays in resolving the issue. As an internet retailer myself, I will definitely buy from these again though.”

“The service was excellent. I changed my delivery date and I was e.mailed early on the morning of delivery with a 1 hour slot. The parcel duly arrived as expected. Cannot ask for more. The item was well packed. It ( Freeview Recorder ) has now been set up and we shall see how it operates over the next few days.”

“obtaining the item i wanted at a good price... only negative is, despite knowing its a refurbished unit, the packaging was in a poor state and the item itself is scratched and dented and doesn't look as good as i'd thought it might....”

“TV is fine so far, I missed first delivery as day hasnt been specified. Sent an email to arrange for next day, nobody replied but it came next morning, luckily I've been home.”
