“Excellent delivery time- 24 hrs from ordering. Steam generator iron was out of stock at suppliers , but it was available at very good price at Dealbuyer.com. Box was very bashed and there wasn't t an instruction leaflet, however as it was the same as my previous iron, I already had one. It would have been difficult if I didn't t have one! I will use Dealbuyer .com again.”

“Occasionally you get an issue with an item like the power button won't switch on, and the chrome book in day-glo green only functions with the mains adapter connected. Or it won't connect to the college WiFi whatever settings you select, stuff like that. Within two hours the Chinese rubbish was on it's way back to DealBuyer for a refund, via DPD and J&J news pick-up point. There was a problem getting payment to transfer first time through paypal. It took a couple of phone calls to the sender and an email to Google shops to finally see the refund in my account. Everyone involved did their absolute best and I thank: linkexpress; DPD; Dealbuyer: J&J news: Google Shops protection: and paypal for their speedy, efficient service. I won't be buying another chrome book that's for sure.”

The goods were shipped out for a Next day delivery but the courier’s trunker broke down overnight on route to the Hub in Birmingham. Unfortunately situations such as these are outside our control and are extremely rare. We did issue a full refund on your delivery charge.

“My Refurbished Grade A Sony CD/Radio/Cassette Player arrived in good time and worked as described in the instructions. I was at first surprised to see that it was not packaged in any additional wrapping apart from the manufacturers box. But since there was enough polystyrene in the box to protect it why would you need extra wrapping to post it ?”

“Cooker was as expected and pleased with. Delivery was excellent. Only issue was the toasting pan was missing ! No problem if you do not want toast. I use the grille as a means of keeping food hot so that was ok..”

“Like any normal internet shopper I went through the process of finding a good price for the item that I wanted - the new kindle Fire HD OS 7" Wi-fi 8GB. DealBuyer was best price. I ordered it and received the item very quickly and on time, as was promised. But the item was the old version. On checking with customer service I eventually, after a few emails and calls, was told that DealBuyer did not have the item in stock and would not be having it in stock. I must say that my contact at DealBuyer was most courteous and helpful and I cannot fault his enthusiasm to help. However I am left disappointed that I will not have delivery of my ordered item from DealBuyer and now I must go elsewhere to shop.”
