“What a fantastic company with an equally fantastic team. Trying to contact most companies these days feels almost impossible, endless automated phone menus, or if you’re lucky, someone halfway around the world who struggles to understand English. Not Dealbuyer. I had a small delivery issue with Royal Mail and spoke to a helpful chap called Barry within just a few rings. He took my details, sorted everything directly with Royal Mail, and even gave me a courtesy call just 10 minutes later to explain what had happened. If only all customer service teams followed Dealbuyer’s lead. Truly outstanding service.”

“Hi everyone, I purchased 2 x Apple homepod minis from dealbuyer.com. They were significantly cheaper than anyware else, brand new in the original packaging and come with a 12 month Apple warranty. Quality and expectations are exactly what you would expect from an Apple product. Delivery was next day, and the whole process from order to receipt was perfect. Thank you”

“At first I was unsure whether or not to use them as never seen or heard of them previously. Prices were cheaper than other companies so started looking more into the reviews and decided to give them a go. Glad I did, excellent product arrived when they said it would. “I paid for guaranteed delivery as needed this for my husbands birthday, the delivery label apparently became unattached from the parcel (clearly not packaged well). Despite being told it would then be here the next day, it’s still not and still not arrived with Royal Mail. I can’t answer further items as my item has still not arrived Not even an offer of a postage refund!”
