“Samples arrived as requested, unfortunately the colour I required was not quite right, and no other samples would have matched what I was trying to achieve, but was thankful for the chance to make that decision without having to purchase a full box.”

“Asked for some samples delivered very quickly, phoned with the product code we had on a tile very helpful found the colour and make and told us they were in stock in Holland, we ordered these and within the week they were delivered to us ahead of the quoted time, Great service”

“I ordered some samples from dctuk online. The website was very good with lots of choice. The samples arrived very quickly which was very helpful. I was contacted after a few days to see if my samples arrived and asked if there was anything further dctuk could help me with. They said to contact them when I was ready. Choosing the right flooring can take some time and they understood this.”
