“Très mitigée tout d'abord car je vous ai envoyé une photo de ma roulette pour écraser qui n est pas du tout lisse et que personne ne m'a répondu ...donc pas de service après vente . Et ce après l'épisode éprouvant des frais de douanes . Ma commande de 366 livres a été taxées de ...158 euros en douane ( surprise à laquelle je ne m'attendais pas !) ...énorme mauvaise surprise et surtout dû à DANNELLS (comme me l a expliqué DHL )qui a emballé ma commande en 4 colis . Elle est arrivée en 2 fois chez moi ( Toulouse) les 2 légers en 1 fois et les 2 lourd 3 jours plus tard ! Donc à cause de leur emballage J ai payé très très cher ...je ne recommanderai pas et je ne recommande pas le site non plus ...”

“Excellent company. Communication A1 and brilliant service from start to finish. Super fast processing of order and delivery - ordered one day delivered the next. Product itself - Plain Rigid Pvc 150cm wide Lampshade Material - exactly what I was looking for and again excellent product. Definitely recommend both Company and Product.”
