“I have always found Dannells customer service to be excellent. They deliver very promptly and their products are of a high standard. I also find the instructional videos very helpful for hints and tips to support lampshade makers.”

“Quality items rec'd but I'm not crafty so made it up as I went along. Eventually succeeded in making a 2tiered fringe shade. Fringe (dance) from ebay and narrow acetate strip (cakes) and 2mm double sided clear tape from amazon - got there in the end. Good job on ceiling as up close looks like a 5 year old made it!”

“Hi I was very pleased with the material as well as the shipping time of all my orders. I only have one favour to ask. I would need a invoice of all my orders from 2025 for tax reasons and I am not sure how to get them. I only can find the delivery form. Could you give me some assistance? Thank you very much Doris”

“Stick it still in USA, hoping to received it this saturday in México. Shipping very expensive, and now with Trump´s fees 10% more expensive. This is making my bussiness very difficult because of the costs. Hope that someday you will have a distributor in USA.”

“I ordered a lampshade kit but the lampshade frame that I received had different proportions to the one pictured as included with the kit on the Dannells' website. The picture is misleading and led me to make a purchase that I would not have made had the correct picture been used. As such I asked Dannells' to refund my original and return postage costs under the Consumer Rights Act, but unfortunately so far they have refused to do so.”
