“I really like the products , the biggest issue i have is the the huge amount of packaging in cardboard boxes. Is it really necessary to pack event thing separately in cardboard and then pack those boxes inside antler box , why can’t everything go into just one box”

“Have ordered multiple times from Dannell’s over the last year or so. First items ordered were lamp shade kits and have since ordered lamp bases and chord kits. Always happy with products. Delivery has always been prompt and communication excellent from their customer service.”

“Thank you to all the staff at Dannell's for the great communication, simple safe ordering system, through to organising shipping quotes and delivery, all the way to Ausralia, and, all in tack. Package arrived within the week. I was very impressed. Items ordered are all great quality, I will definatley be placing another order soon.”

“I have previously ordered kits, etc and been very satisfied. Unfortunately my recent order of a 30cm drum kit with silver panel did not meet the quality I have come to expect. When I opened the kit the liner had a small dent in it....photo attached. Also when I removed the kiss cut strip it left behind a small strip of a thin white plastic ....photo attached . I was using this kit to create a gift for my daughter so was very dissapointed with the quality of this panel and would be reluctant to order again.”

“The kits are great. I recently taught a lampshade making workshop and the kits are ideal. The only down side is the plastic tucking tool which doesn't stand up so well. The tucking had to be finished off with my own metal tool.”

“Ordered and received order very quickly...... Sadly they had miscounted the items so was short by 1. After contacting them their response was excellent and all quickly sorted with no fuss...... Hope I have chance to use them again as quite impressed.”
