“I am delighted with the lampshade I made. There are 2 small issues that prevented me from giving 5 stars. 1. There was a crease in my pvc roll, which I was disappointed with. As I used a patterned fabric this was disguised, but using a plain fabric would have caused issues. 2. On YouTube it was suggested that the outside join should be folded in before sticking, which gave a much neater finish than a raw edge! Website was easy to navigate and order fulfilled quickly. Thank you.”

“I cannot express my thanks and gratitude for the most wonderful first class service we have received from Paul at Dannells Ltd. He has always been available to me on the phone and by email, swiftly responding to all enquiries. Paul has been in 3 way conversations with myself as the festival organiser and the lady who has done all our design work. Nothing was too much trouble and he made me feel that I was never asking anything silly. This is the 3rd year we have used the company for the festival and will ensure we continue to do so. I cannot fault the quality of the end product too, and so much care and fine detail is paid to the artwork before production, ensuring that the printing is of the highest standard possible. Thank you so much Paul and all in your company. You have made a very stressful part of the festival organising- not quite so stressful. I fully appreciate your expertise and total professionalism.”

“I had to ring for advice on purchasing 50cm drum rings and sticky backing, and was given excellent help and attention. The order was despatched very quickly, although the courier’s service was a little slow. I can’t fault Dannell’s, and have since made further purchases. Thank you!”
