“Good product range but once VAT and postage are added, the prices are less attractive. Had to buy two of each product to make it worthwhile.”

“Courteous and efficient service and advise . Aren’t easily accessible website Only problem is that I could not manage to produce a professional looking lampshade so the items are wasted! I usually cope with most handicraft tasks but this defeated me. Maybe a warning about skills required for particular tasks would be helpful to future customers”

“Really happy in general, only as a first customer the description for the product was misleading as it said 'your printed fabric will arrive with the kit' (not quoted but look on your website) so I expected a Lampshade kit with my custom print order, and when I messaged to enquire if I was to expect it soon as it didn't come together, the girl replying wrote one sentence to tell me, no. Which as a new customer, was not good customer service and an apology for the misunderstanding would have been valued, and because of the site description was misleading, some sort of sympathetic acknowledgement would have been nice. I will be returning regularly to order as I am a Designer and this first time experience with you did not give a good first impression due to the communication I received; but I was very happy with my custom print, but I didn't order the Drum Lampshade Kit which I thought I was getting originally with it because of the response I had this time.”
