“Good customer service, when a fault was found with one of their products, they replaced it by responding straight away to my email and sending the replacement by next day delivery, very pleased thank you”

“I have always found Dannell’s to be fast and efficient and very helpful. The best company for lampshade making sundries. However, not putting the actual price including VAT on the website means that the price is rather a shock when you check out. I’m not sure why they do this. I also forget about this when I’m pricing and have at times ended up out of pocket when using the prices on the website as my guide.”

“Service was good and goods arrived as promised, but found pricing on their website misleading as doesn't include VAT, not even for postage! So the kit ended up costing almost double the price I first thought.”
