“I had to ring for advice on purchasing 50cm drum rings and sticky backing, and was given excellent help and attention. The order was despatched very quickly, although the courier’s service was a little slow. I can’t fault Dannell’s, and have since made further purchases. Thank you!”

“Dannells were so helpful during the ordering stage and provided samples of the interior lining of the lampshades so I could make an informed decision. Products arrived quickly and in good condition and very easy to use.”

“Great kits but although I am trade I don’t require such large quantities. Could you sell kits to trade in smaller amounts. Many thanks”

“Very pleased with all the products purchased but with added vat & postage the initial cost of items nearly doubles. This is the only downside. Having tried to select the cheaper Royal Mail delivery this proved impossible & courier was the only choice left.”

“The items I bought differed slightly from previous ones I had bought and were not easy to be used. I would have preferred it if I had been offered a free exchange so that I didn't have to pay postage to change them for what I was thinking I was getting. It's a great company and this was unfortunate”
