“Very happy with the product and speed of delivery. Disappointed by delivery charge which was a standard rate that was much more than the cost of the inexpensive items I was purchasing. I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem for larger or more valuable purchases, and wouldn't stop me buying again.”

“Very quick response to a question re product. Quick & accurate delivery. Only problem was some creases in lightshade paper- haven’t used it yet to know if this will cause problems.”

“I have always found Dannell’s to be fast and efficient and very helpful. The best company for lampshade making sundries. However, not putting the actual price including VAT on the website means that the price is rather a shock when you check out. I’m not sure why they do this. I also forget about this when I’m pricing and have at times ended up out of pocket when using the prices on the website as my guide.”

“Service was good and goods arrived as promised, but found pricing on their website misleading as doesn't include VAT, not even for postage! So the kit ended up costing almost double the price I first thought.”

“I ordered 70cm metal hoops. The service was quick and efficient and the hoops are great, but it would have been better if they ahd been wrapped with more protection, the cardboard packaging was battered and a couple of the hoops slightly out of true. It could have been much worse though.”

“I am delighted with the lampshade I made. There are 2 small issues that prevented me from giving 5 stars. 1. There was a crease in my pvc roll, which I was disappointed with. As I used a patterned fabric this was disguised, but using a plain fabric would have caused issues. 2. On YouTube it was suggested that the outside join should be folded in before sticking, which gave a much neater finish than a raw edge! Website was easy to navigate and order fulfilled quickly. Thank you.”
