“overall very good but didn't let me know there was a hold up with my order until I rang up after a week had passed. it was then sorted out quickly”

“Really happy in general, only as a first customer the description for the product was misleading as it said 'your printed fabric will arrive with the kit' (not quoted but look on your website) so I expected a Lampshade kit with my custom print order, and when I messaged to enquire if I was to expect it soon as it didn't come together, the girl replying wrote one sentence to tell me, no. Which as a new customer, was not good customer service and an apology for the misunderstanding would have been valued, and because of the site description was misleading, some sort of sympathetic acknowledgement would have been nice. I will be returning regularly to order as I am a Designer and this first time experience with you did not give a good first impression due to the communication I received; but I was very happy with my custom print, but I didn't order the Drum Lampshade Kit which I thought I was getting originally with it because of the response I had this time.”

“As described. Problem with delivery which was no fault of Daniels but they sent out a replacement quickly. Would certainly buy again.”

“Although I had to wait a bit as products I wanted were out of stock, I like what I’ve received from dannells very much. I find the customer service good, and have no complaints about the products whatsoever. My only slightly negative comment would be a suggestion to cut back on packaging.”

“Always get very efficient service from Dannells and rely on their products for my business. My most recent order included lampshade templates wrapped in bulk quantities. Do prefer them wrapped singly as they stay clean until I need them. Just a tiny thing though.”

“The lampshade kit was out of stock when I ordered it. However it came within the time specified and I am more than happy with it. I used the services of an expert in covering lampshades in fabric and am delighted with the result. I would not hesitate to do the same again in the future.”

“They are great products you are selling , but the dispatch time and delivery could be improved. The delivery is obviously down to the couriers , but there have been a few issues , with my parcel not being put onto a van so I had to go and collect it, My parcel being left with my neighbour even though I had suggested a safe place to leave it - I then had to wait over night to get my parcel from my neighbours , frustrating when I needed to get on with making some lamp shades.”

“Great kit. Good instruction. Fairly straightforward to put together. Only bugbear has been that diffuser does not fit very well but that might be down to being too tight when rolling. Small disappointment but still very pleased with my efforts.”

“Good service once my order was received, There was an i.t issue which prevented my online order from being processed which caused a slight delay. Otherwise a good experience.”
