“On-time delivery. Disappointed with product - a companion set for our hearth. What arrived is dolls-house size and cheaply made in China. Not a traditional product made by a British craftsman that I was hoping for.”

“Easy to follow instructions and everything in the box you need. I found the flange only just wide enough to go around the frame and tuck under to hide raw edge. Another 5mm would do it.”

“Customer service is excellent. Products are good too. My only quibble...I don't like seeing the price increase at each stage of my order due to VAT on products and then on postage...appreciate the transparency of Dannells...but really... I'd prefer not to see!! :D”

“I am a lamp maker in Australia. As an international customer, working out the shipping rates was cumbersome and it took many emails to get the information I needed. However, once I ordered, it was fantastically quick and efficient. I am a repeat customer of large orders of your highest quality styrene. Is it possible to offer wholesale prices to people in the trade? Thanks, Lady with the Lamp in Australia”
