I buy a good number of items from your Lampshade making range, all are very good with the exception of the attaching of the DUPLEX & SINGLE RING hole size. You supply these with the Contintental/American size hole with a plastic reducer. These reducers are not satisfactory, they are sloppy & even with the lamp holder ring tightly done up allow the shade to rock & sit at different angles, causing many complaints from my customers. This is a continuing cause for annoyance & a more rigid connection is badly needed.
