“Although I had to wait a bit as products I wanted were out of stock, I like what I’ve received from dannells very much. I find the customer service good, and have no complaints about the products whatsoever. My only slightly negative comment would be a suggestion to cut back on packaging.”

“Always get very efficient service from Dannells and rely on their products for my business. My most recent order included lampshade templates wrapped in bulk quantities. Do prefer them wrapped singly as they stay clean until I need them. Just a tiny thing though.”

“Ordering & customer service is excellent. Quality of products is outstanding. Unfortunately on my latest order Danelle were badly let down by their delivery company. I arranged delivery to my mum’s address. The delivery man didn’t ring the bell or knock the door. He just put a note through the letterbox saying ‘sorry we missed you’. The kits were needed for orders & I had waited a week for them. My mum has to ring the company & insist that they come back with the delivery. After much protesting they finally agreed to do so & I was able to fulfill the orders. Very stressful 😔”
