“They are great products you are selling , but the dispatch time and delivery could be improved. The delivery is obviously down to the couriers , but there have been a few issues , with my parcel not being put onto a van so I had to go and collect it, My parcel being left with my neighbour even though I had suggested a safe place to leave it - I then had to wait over night to get my parcel from my neighbours , frustrating when I needed to get on with making some lamp shades.”

“Delighted with the customer service I recently received. Having ordered the wrong items, I received a prompt refund once they had been received back by Dannells. Customer service talked me through the process and advised which items I should have purchased. The online shop is easy to use and prompts at every step before checkout. Will not hesitate in recommending and look forward to continuing to shop with you.”

“Excellent quality product (I bought the manufacturers pack of the table lamps). Delivery was quick and secure and included instructions which were really easy to understand - and the video on their site is also really clear if you get stuck! I've recently telephoned to ask about a specific bespoke order and the guy I spoke with was really nice and super helpful. Can't recommend Dannell's highly enough and will certainly buy from them again in the future.”
