“This company is consistently, super efficient, courteous, helpful and keep their word. I used them previously and I needed to order some more stock. They located the item as I could not remember dimensions etc. Again they rushed the order as promised and called to confirm that it would be ready for collection. Great service.”

“Easy order process Goods arrived in good time. Problem with delivery company as order delivered in two separate drops, but not Dannell's fault. Goods arrived in good condition Nice follow up email to check all OK Would order again and recommend to friend”

“I have address with Aramex london and its linked to my address in Lebanon. My order was divided into 2 packages. I received one and the second was lost at Aramex office in UK as your Factory when they dispatched my order they forgot to mention my full right address, even though i already mention it when i ordered and i also sent email to ask and insist to mention the full one. They sent me confirmation that they did, but unfortunately, it wasnt and thats why not received to my address in Lebanon. I sent emails and the Factory manager kept confirming that the address was full and correct till i showed them the label that it wasnt. Anyway i did the full follow up till i founded my order and now it will be delivered to me in one week. So its delayed and in that case my lampshade date of delivery will be delayed too. I was really disappointed and i was always in contact with Diane who tried to help me and doing her best. But seriously i told her how an international company like yours do such a mistake and keep insisting that everything was right and this is the second time im having the same issue. I can only thank Diane who tried to assist me and do her best. And other services was poor.”

“Bought some cool melt glue sticks for as stated a cool melt gun. Sticks dia. dimension were not in the description (they should be) They are slightly large then specified by the gun itself. But luckily they do fit.”

“I love these lampshade kits! So easy (I used wrapping paper not fabric) and come with helpful instructions. One sheet of wrapping paper makes three candle clip shades.”

“Such an easy process to purchase the lampshade kits online. Thanks Diane for your patience and help with freighting to Australia. It took what seemed like less than a week for the package to arrive! The kits themselves are very good and easy to put together. I can certainly recommend Dannells and will be ordering more kits in the future 🙏”

“I had prompt and excellent service especially when I needed my kits sent out quickly. It was good to get emails back telling me the progress of my order. It felt good to know that they were interested in what I did with the kits. There was a real person replying and not some AI. I told my craft group about my experience and they were very impressed with the way Dannell’s handled my order. Many thanks”

“I placed my first order with Dannells a few weeks ago and right from the start they were very quick to respond and confirm my order and give me an estimated date for collection as I live local to them. They then very kindly had my order ready to collect a day early as I couldn’t make the collection day which was incredibly helpful of them. I will definitely be placing further orders with then. I also had a follow up email from Di asking if everything was alright with my order and if I needed any help just to contact them. I have found Dannells to be very efficient and extremely helpful and would highly recommend them.”
