“Postage costs are off-putting”

“I was delighted with the products but perhaps could have been better packaged. Ordered 2 diffusers, both damaged because of cuts in packaging. Obviously a transit problem as I’m sure they were perfect when they left.”

“The service was prompt and the lampshade kit fairly easy to put together. We had to redo part and needed to buy extra tape, so it was fiddly!”

“Item dispatched and received quickly. I didn’t realise that the finish was Matt gold until item arrived, would have preferred a metallic gold; decided to keep item as colour blended in. Metallic finish would be a lovely option to add to the range please. Good online instructions just wish had an advanced section to include expertise on how to get a neat finish when using a silk or satin fabric which frays easily.”

“recently bought a manufacturing pack from you after buying some kits. Only not 5 stars because I felt the packing boxes were not quite sturdy enough and were in a pretty sorry state when they got here. Some of the backing sheets were a bit bashed on the corners though luckily only on the strips that are removed. Also the tape was different than in the original kits, it had a clear backing and was much thicker and unpleasantly sticky quite hard to use compared with the original.”
