“Don’t expect Amazon-speed delivery. Ordered one pair of ‘in stock’ tap shoes on a Thursday. They took the whole advised ‘3 working days’ to dispatch them and I received them the following Thursday. I’ve had orders from Germany within a quicker timeframe!! Customer Services merely pointed out their 3 working days advice. Not helpful. Why wait the 3 days on an In Stock item? Returned the shoes as they were too large. Refund issued in similar timeframe.”

I am sorry you are not happy with the speed of delivery and that the shoes did not fit. As you can imagine we are very busy and advise that there may be a delay between ordering and despatch so as not to raise "Amazon-speed" expectations, and so we can deal with orders in chronological order. The same applies with the returns process.

“I have just purchased some dance gear for my son and myself. He was so happy with his cool training top as it's not easy still to find dancewear for boys in this day and age, think the market could do more, so thanks Dance Direct for designing clothes for young men that enjoy dancing!”

“Very precise size chart. Great choice of different dance wear for reasonable prices. Quick shipping. Loved the free returns postage label. Very easy to use. Would have preferred a physical returns form in the package, though, due to lack of printer. All in all good shopping experience. Thank you.”

Thank you for the lovely review. As far as having no printer is concerned we do have a link on the website https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/ which gives the opportunity for Parcel Collect; no printer required.

“I ordered ballet shoes for my daughters theatre show and realised they wouldn’t arrive in time. Customer services were fanatic when I contacted them and made sure they expressed my order.
