“Great service only one lapse - it’s not clear whether garments are made from shiny or cotton/matte Lycra .”

All of the garments have the Fabric content on the website but I can appreciate that it does not state "Shiny". If you are not happy with the garment please see the section "Returns" on the Dance Direct website which will tell you how to return it for a refund.

“It is a bit unfair if you buy something specially important and after week as because of ourself intervention you just find out that there us no more stock for particular item 🙄”

I am sorry we did not have what you wanted on this occasion. Whilst we hold over double the inventory of any of our other competitors, that doesn’t always mean we ourselves aren’t impacted occasionally by our own suppliers during this time. Whilst we always hope to despatch everything from stock, sometimes there can be delays.
