“Good quality products but delivery takes longer than expected and some items sent separately without warning at checkout. Needed a pair of shoes for opening night of a show.”

We are doing everything we can to exceed expectations in terms of delivery and at the moment we are still despatching within 3 working days from order placement. Sometimes we split an order to avoid delaying the whole order if one or more of the items are not physically on the pick face.

“Having a teenage boy dancer it can be difficult to find good quality well fitting dance wear at a good price for him. Dance Direct is fabulous and we always get what we need.”

“Unfortunately the wrong size was sent out by mistake despite it being correct size on the order and invoice BUT this was rectified very quickly and easily and correct item arrived promptly. They were very easy to contact, none of this sitting on hold for ages or using online chat like a lot of companies. Would have got 5 stars if not for the mistake but I cannot fault how they dealt with it and quickly rectified the issue. Will definitely use them again.”

“I am very pleased with the service I received from Dance Direct. I ordered a pair of ballet shoes from them. They were very reasonably priced, of very good quality and were very well packaged and arrived in just a few days. All in all, I am very happy with them and will be using Dance Direct again and have already recommended them to my friends and family.”
