“Brilliant and efficient service. The very first call some years ago directly resulted in a £17,000 business win. “A professional and efficient company which projects the same image of my business to clients who go through to their answering service. The staff at Armchair are courteous and helpful, and often go the extra mile to provide assistance to myself, as well as my clients. “We started using Armchair services in 2009 and have never looked back or desired to go anywhere else as they provide an excellent service and we enjoy the relationship with the allocated customer liaisons as a single point of contact for any queries or changes. All members of staff that we've had dealings with have been extremely courteous and helpful. We believe you'd be hard pushed to find a better service or price elsewhere for such peace of mind that all calls into the company are handled professionally and courteously.”

The majority of our customers are not actually aware that some of our calls are taken by an external company due to the professionalism of Armchair.”

“Having a small business and travelling around the UK, it is important that we keep in contact with our many suppliers and customers. Using the Armchair services allows this flexibility where messages emailed to us, can forward on to our mobile devices, so that we can call a customer immediately without the need to return to the office some distance away. The Armchair service also helps take our messages whilst away on holiday, even when away in our caravan I can still take to customers as if in the office !”
