“Our firm has used this service for many years. As a small business we still have to be work minded when away from the office and especially for holidays. The best thing about this service is that you don’t have to keep a receptionist working just to take your calls. They do it all and will field you calls and deal with enquires as you ask them to. We just have client calls put through when out and the rest invited to email. That way we can relax but keep customers happy as well... and we don’t lose any business or leave anybody without service. The cost is minimal and actually cost saving as no receptionist (N.I. PAYE, sick pay, holiday pay or workplace pension) required.”

“Overall we have and are being provided a good service by the team at Cymphony. Our customers have commented on how quickly the calls are picked up and how polite the team are. On a negative note our customer service delivery has on occasions been impacted by delays in updating new information on to their systems, resulting in individual team members using old information/contact details. However we were so happy with the way that Alison, our Operations Manager worked with us when we need to design a reporting tool for our emergency call outs. She was able to work with their in house team to tweak the way information was captured and reported to us, highlighting which on call team member picked up the call and actioned it.”

“I don't get too much involved as the service provided is to back up our Customer Service Department. On the odd occasion I may have emails sent to myself which I do have to pass on to the relevant team member. These tend to be calls from residents and do normally have post codes shown which should enable the call taker to send direct to the team. This does not happen that frequently to be an issue.”
