“I don't get too much involved as the service provided is to back up our Customer Service Department. On the odd occasion I may have emails sent to myself which I do have to pass on to the relevant team member. These tend to be calls from residents and do normally have post codes shown which should enable the call taker to send direct to the team. This does not happen that frequently to be an issue.”

“We have used Cymphony for many years now and have always been happy with the service. We use Cymphony very much as a back up service and rely on them picking up calls which we miss for some reason, they have always been dependable.”

“Cymphony literally rescued me when I needed an admin team to take over at short notice to run my busy practice. I knew the task would not be easy and I warned them but, they carefully assessed what was required and provided professional input. Within a relatively short time they had carefully mastered what was needed (tailored to how I wanted to run things) and implemented it. I especially like the cross cover when one of their staff is away - the work carries on. I have deliberately taken the time to write this review - something I do not usually do - because I was highly impressed with their conduct.”
