“We have used Cymphony (previously as Arbell) for over 10 years, and have always found them to provide an excellent, responsive service, and any glitches or bumps (no one is perfect!) have always been resolved really quickly and easily - we're not in touch very often as there is so rarely an issue to discuss! Very happy to recommend.”

“Excellent service it has freed up my time and stopped time wasted by cold callers. All of the calls are taken whether I am available or not then the info sent to me by text message immediately and a final email at the end of the day with all calls listed.”

“Disappointed with Cymphony’s low standard of missed calls handling when dealing with our specific calls, which has been indicated when challenged, that they are short staffed, off sick or in training. The original company was Kendelbell who operated very efficiently with a small number of staff but times change and Kendelbell was bought out by Cymphony and the staff albeit sound pleasant enough but calls are not being answered, hence this poor but honest review.”

“Very efficient service that we have been using as an addition to our existing in-house customer service team. We use Cymphony to answer calls out of office hours and the service is very good and transparent and we find it to be a great help for our business.”
