“Would've gave it 5 stars for the custom flag ordered but for the 2 feint black lines either side of one the badges on the flag Otherwise rest of the flag is excellent”

“I was happy with the outcome but I ordered them and was promised them for a certain date and they didn’t come in time so was surplus to reauirements. Really frustrating as I asked and asked if they would be here and the promised they would be and they just wasn’t.”

“Ordered as a gift but seems to be a lot of unwanted printer marks all over. Never had any issues in the years I’ve use custom gifts. To late to reorder this gift Hope it was just a glitch and no one else’s blankets were marked.”

“Delivery on website said 1 to 2 days. Could have had free delivery with Amazon but was too long delivery. It finally arrived 8 days after ordering. Apparently it also states extra days are needed for personalising. SUPPLIER PLEASE NOTE parcel was left on front doorstep in full view. However, birthday boy loves his present and happy with quality.”

“Ordered 29.5.23. Rang 19.06.23. Rang again 22.6.23. No towels. Presentation came and went. Had to sort other plan B gifts. Rang 26.6.23. Order put through, towels delivered next day. Great quality. Maybe I was unlucky, I wouldn’t order from them again though.”

“Well, after ordering I then decided to research the company and honestly thought I was scammed, the reviews were terrible. Ok, the delivery took just over 4 weeks after ordering so was way too late for a birthday present and the polyester is of the worst, cheapest type but overall, for the price comparison of a personalised bedding set, it’s cheap but the pictures have come out brilliantly and my son loves it.”

“Whilst the product was really good, delivery was 2 weeks over 2/3 day delivery, so missed the occasion it was required for. It was only when I contacted them regarding non delivery, the order was expedited. Flimsy plastic bag was torn in several places.”

“2 jars of personalised Mother’s Day marmite both arrived with very wonky labels which had creased and ripped in places as a result. One of the boxes was also damaged. I put in a complaint as they weren’t cheap, and were for display in a collection and a gift, and today received replacements which are much better (although one is a different design to the original order) Issue rectified by replacements, but still rather expensive for what they are.”

“The printing on the blanket is fantastic, stands out really well and looks great. Underneath however the “blanket” element is best described as budget. Barely 1-2mm thick and thats in patch’s with some of the wool already coming off before its even been used so post production quality control is not particularly good. If it wasn’t for the fact there only being used as a bed throws I’d return both as not fit for purpose nor what was described.”

“Blanket arrived and is beautiful However it did take 21 days and 2 emails to receive Completely satisfied with product however was told I would receive in 5-7 days, not 21 days and after I questioned it’s whereabouts twice by email”
