“I ordered this as a Christmas present. What was described online wasn't really what I got. It was described as in a slated crate, but it came in a box, which I opened and now can not give as a present. It was a lovely gift if i got what was told online.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of personalised goods received. Rocking horse is beautiful but 2 attempts to provide personalised rockers have been disappointing. First set the name was not visible. A replacement set arrived 3 weeks later and the name was partially rubbed off / scratched away on one rocker. Very disappointing for a pretty expensive Christmas present for my grandson.”

“Ordered the personalised photo blanket, very impressed with the quality of it. The only down side's are the lack of tracking information provided and it being delivered before I got a dispatch notification, also the blanket arrived with dirt marks over it which is nothing a wash can't fix but don't expect to have to wash something brand new on arrival”

“Not bad but not great not worth £20 Worth between £10 and £15 Quality of the towel and print not brilliant I would say overall it's ok nice to buy as a novelty gift for someone but not for a quality towel”

“Very poor quality. Personalised Harry Potter towels. Sent Custom Gifts photos they said they couldn't see what was wrong and the pile would settle once washed (it didn't). The pile was bobbled told it was because of the process used to do personalisation. The pile was bobbled, even after being washed. Offered full refund, told to cut towels in half and send photo. I felt this option totally wasteful so accepted part refund and keep towels. Couldn't give as presents as was my intention.”

Hi Marie, thanks for your honest feedback. I am so sorry you are not happy with the towel you received. Mistakes do happen, but I do understand that our team tried to offer a replacement or refund so I do hope you can appreciate we have tried to resolve your complaint. Licensed items do need to be destroyed prior to the refund being actioned unfortunately as this is part of the licencing agreement. I do agree that it is wasteful so we will pass your feedback onto the licence holder to see if they will reconsider in future. I do hope this is okay.
