“The product when finally arrived was very good I have to say, however the ustomer service was terrible. The towel arrived late and I had to keep asking for information regarding the delivery. I was always replied to, but it was me that had to chase it they never once took the lead and contacted me.”

“The item never arrived and no one communicated back that it was not going to be sent. Numerous emails were sent whereby I was even once told it was dispatched that day for next day delivery… which never happened. Then all of a sudden received a refund email after 2 weeks of order date. Appalling service - don’t order from here!!!!”
